We built Fishers Island Oyster Farm for a personal purpose. We envisioned having our lives and livelihood be about working with nature, preserving family values, and giving back to others.

Where is Fishers Island Oyster Farm?

Fishers Island is located in Block Island Sound,  two miles south of New London, Connecticut and more than a dozen miles from the eastern tip of Long Island.  All Fishers Island Oysters are spawned and grown to market size here. The combination of the cool, oceanic waters of Block Island Sound and our unique techniques result in a distinctive, deep-cupped oyster with firm, savory meat and excellent brine content.
